Chauffeurs Club is committed to UK GDPR-compliant handling of your personal data. We collect only what we need to deliver your booking: name, contact, journey detail, vehicle preference, and payment reference. Card details are processed by Stripe and never touch our servers.

We do not sell your data, share it with marketing companies, or use it for behavioural advertising. We share your booking with your driver, our payment processor, our host, and (where required) HMRC.

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, and object to our processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent for marketing emails. Email privacy@chauffeurs.club to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days. Complaints can be escalated to the ICO at ico.org.uk.

Booking and payment records are retained for 7 years (UK tax law). Email correspondence for 24 months. Server logs for 90 days.
